100% Potential Scroll Failed
Alright so I got the Oyamatsumi Mind Expansion Bow from one of the gach tickets given away yesterday. I thought I would use a 100% potential scroll i had on the bow before i decided to sell it. Despite the 100% that was on it, it went Boom. As expected, I'm pretty upset right now. Is there anything I can do? How do I send a ticket or watever? Man Nexon better not compensate me with like a 100 maple points crap

Edit : The museum event? I'm not sure since i recently came back to maple when RED hit and I already had the scroll with me for some time. Also, I'm not sure if the scroll was called special but maybe
was it called special potential scroll?

yes i am absolutely positive i used a 100% scroll. And how would i screen shot it after it blew up? it didn't even say anything. The bow just disappeared after i used the scroll on it.
edit : Nothing like this ever happened to me before so I have no idea how to submit a ticket? Could anyone tell me how?
