Yep, all of that except the czak because I don't use one. Though I do gain +1200 hp/mp from my character cards. It's pretty hard to die doing normal things like training at HoH or doing Chaos HT or Chaos Zak because of the awesome defense (~2700 w.def/m.def) and avoid (~3500) that comes from just skills and not-so-amazing equips, but there are certain things you just cant avoid, such as Damage Reflect due to cards flying (which will be fixed in the upcoming "revamp", more like a rollback if you ask me...).

@Eliminate: You mean his seduce o.o At 5k avoid he doesn't hit me much with his lightning blast and the mats that fall are meh. But I rarely get hit with seduce and I use PG though when I do get seduced it messed up my run pretty bad since I would have to rebuff while he is hitting/missing me...... o.o
@Eliminate lol how high is your avoid o.o I'm sitting on 5k and I get hit quite alot in SH.
But yeah don't worry about it, with hypers and equip bonuses you should get to atleast 8k. Also at 110 you shouldn't be worrying about hp considering not many things can 1hko a phantom with pg/hb. I personally use pg only because it reduces 1/1 dmg and makes me comfortable tanking hits though Hb gives you more hp to work with.
My health is about 15k when I'm not using HB. That comes from a whole lot other than just Phantom stuff. I also have 12k MP, so I use Magic Guard to make it feel like I have 25k HP. Really, as a Phantom you should have no trouble surviving stuff.
it seems normal. phantoms get bad luck ward so that's a nice hp boost. If you're worried about your hp, there are many ways you can increase your hp such as character cards, kaiser link skill, or you can steal hyperbody from spearmen.

i think its fine. i only have 10.5k hp at lvl 175
