renegade shop trouble
so i bought 3 renegade guns 2 at lvl 90 and one 120 one all had rare potential. I thought the items in the renegades shop were guarenteed epic also since my phantom went 3v3 on the 90 canes for epic potential was I just lucky or is this a bug?

All of my canes have come out epic so far.
Also, if I recall correctly, someone said that the shop weapons have a higher chance of coming out epic.
Only canes come out epic.
