Suggestion Timestamp on Forums Thread List
Instead of relying on seeing who was the last to reply, and made sure it wasn't the person simply replying to another comment by clicking into the thread. I would suggest simple implementation on a date and timestamp displayed below the last person to reply's BasilID.
For example, on the forum thread display, it can say:
[i][b]Last[/b]: BasilID at Date, Timestamp[/i]
