I thought three-handed weapons were like that elaborate ninja thing in KoL.

OT: One-handed. If it were two handed, Phantom would hold it with both hands. (If you're wondering "what about claws and guns?" they need a free hand to reload.)

The confusing part is that two-handed weapon scrolls (NOT one-handed) are what works on Dual Bowguns.

@Hauk933: Think about main weapon slot used by DBG, secondary slot used by magic arrows.
Reminds Phantoms weapon slot used by Cane and secondary slot used by Cards.
DBG are 2-handed weapons, while looks like Canes are 1-handed weapons...see why it's confusing?

I'd like to know this too, but so far the answers seem to be rather unclear, if it works like dualbows, then its a 2 handed, but if it works like the demon slayer's shield then its a one handed weapon =/
