Nexon asking for Pin?
Hi guys! So i was recently hacked and was told to reset all my information including my pic. I did everything that i was told to do on the nexon site and got to the point where it says to log in and create a new pic. So i log on and nexon is asking me to enter my PIN. I don't remember this! I haven't used it in over 3 years! Does anyone know how to get past this?

I've tried and it says to log in game and make a new pic. But everytime i log in it asks for my pin which i dont remember x.x. this makes no sense! You click on the reset pic because you have forgotten it, but it's basically saying to make a new one you have to remember it!

I have already tried. I also have confirmed the changing PIC option with my email address.
