Wind Pierce is underrated?
I don't know if anybody has noticed, but Wind Pierce is highly undermined.
NO Ranger skill gets even close to 600% dmg, Inferno being 450%.
Yeah, it might only hit 3 and might be slightly slower, but my theory is this.
If it 1hits those 3 mobs, wouldn't it be worth it?
Just thought I should mention this.

why does it suck?
it has higher base dmg than inferno, but inferno does dmg over time, and with that added inferno>wind piercing, along with the fact that inferno hits 6
then theres arrow rain, which pwns wind piercing so hard >.>
arrow rain hits 10 enemies, on both sides of you, possibly below ur ledge, and is much much faster, at 400% which isn't bad
also, wind piercing doesn't home, which is just really annoying sometimes =3
rofl. sounds sexy.
It sounds great at LHC.
