I fonud in the FM for 100mil an item called a Secret Mastery book.

it's from the hot time event[i think bosses drop aswell] it's basically anything from an skill book worth 10k, to a MW30, completely random[although i doubt the rates for MW30 are as high as ifrit 20 ]

It was from the Hot Time 2 event. I got one too, you double-click it and you get a COMPLETELY RANDOM mastery book. I got Bow Expert 20, but I've heard of people getting REAL crappy ones.
