they're for empress items i guess and since inkwell sells empress recipes ima just make my stuff instead. Obviously its weapons

Where are they for ?

I believe they're like 5~6m, most people just buy the empress items themselves since the only thing they're used in to my knowledge are the empress item crafting recipes (and even then you need 200~300 of them for each item).
