What @jeshurocks said is right. Empress claws that are under 100 attack are not worth much, especially this one. If you want to use it that's ok, but i don't think you'll even resell it for 400.
Mmm bad deal ... That claw can go around 400m and less
Just that this claw is 68 attack clean (under average) i just removed the scrolls and enhancements lol
And it is scrolled with 60%s scrolls ... This claws are meant to be scrolled to 110 attack and more
I would and many others too buy for 400m a 71+ emp claw and scroll it by myself
My empress claw is 84 attack only scrolled twice .. With 20% scrolls
