I can't seem to work out how to get the rewards for red appreciation. Any help would be awesome!

I can't seem to work out how to get the rewards for red appreciation. Any help would be awesome!

It's in the Star on the left side. 'Thankyou' Event or something along those lines. You get a red title and red treasure box which you can open once per day for six days, receiving one of the items mentioned in the update notes.
I don't have it either.
@bubblecup118 'Accept it from the sidebar'-- I don't seem to have it available, where is it? (I did log on during the event period, i am playing on my 18x zero.

In what way is it glitched?
If you log on during that period on that account, just accept it from the sidebar. You get a red title and a box which you can open once a day until the 28th.
