Hard AtkSpd Cap for Gungirs Descent
Title. Ive been getting mixed answers for the hard attack speed cap for gungir (hard as in referring to breaking the "artificial cap" of 2 when using an MPE green potion) of 1 and 0 - I would like to just clarify of which one is it.

I have a hard attack speed cap on Gungnir. It's caused by my Aussie ping not resetting Gungnir's cooldown to zero on most occasions >.<
