Balrog Expedition
Hey people
Can I really only fight Balrog between the levels of 65 and 100?
I remember previously it would lower your damage and lock up your skills, but did they just change it to lvls 65-100 only?

Man, I'm glad I got the Rog card awhile back then. Unless they'd release a Hell Mode Balrog. That'd be pretty cool.

Yep, it was changed. I can't get the card on my level 205 Phantom because I can't enter, sadly.
