Error 0x00010a01 68097

I've been having this problem for months and can't fix it no mather what I do. I tried downloading the Hack Shield patch Nexon uploaded on their site long ago, but that didn't help also. I'm on a laptop, HP, Intel Core i3 with Windows 7 Home Premium, 3 Gb RAM.
