My bad for lack of detail. Its +10str 0 slots left. Unhammered and still has no potential. No nebullite.
Thats a good deal, clean racc's can go for about 200m in a shop. but as @alctern said, was it clean besides that? or was that from pot
I think it was a good deal, if you would to re-sell it depending on the buyer, you could make a couple more mill.
