Question about Safety scrolls
Is it possible to apply a safety scroll on a weapon from Account A then transfer that weapon to Account B to be scrolled and still have the safety scroll effect still active? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

It says on the bottom of the equipment: "Upgrade protection is active" if a Shield scroll has been applied. And yes the item will retain that status until a scroll is used on the item.
Yes, my great friend just let me use 3 of his safety scrolls on my new weapon by trading him it and he used a safety scroll and traded it back.
