PvP highest rank
Everyone starts off with rank 10 and then moves towards Rank 1 (Only 10 ppl per world), So has anyone see any rank 1?

You rank up using Battle Points. (Go to your stats menu and it'll show your Battle EXP on top of your attack range.)

Double click your character, and it'll say rank 1-10.
OT: I don't think it's just 10people lol. It's not actual rankings, it's more like levels.
