well i think only the canes always come epic+
beucase i bought like 3 level 80 ones and 2 level 100s and a level 120 and they were all epic, just crap pot (6% int on almost all of them... )

Probably the other ones are like Epic 80% pre-scrolled or something. The canes, 100% or better.

Only the canes are 100% epic or better.

I have yet to get a rare cane but I don't want to jinx myself.

I'm with everyone else. My level 110 gun was 3L rare. At least one of those lines was +3% dex, lol.

I bought 1 Lvl 110 Wand and it came out with a 2L rare potential.

Only canes comes with Epic grade potential, others are just by luck.

I got a 120 weapon and it came with rare potential.

my 110 cannon was epic.

Well, there are other things to spend coins on rather than use it for a rare potential item. Also, not everybody's comp can handle the intense lag at pzak.

My Lv.110 cane came out as Epic, while the Dual Bowguns on my Mercedes were rare and lv.120.

all the items in the shop as far as i know always always come out epic, its just like the free items that nexon gives us, the devil horns the tiara and the phantom hat will always be an epic pot.

Same with the level 100 cane.

There is no yes or no because yes, they all do come out epic. I believe they can also come out to be unique if you're lucky.
