How many boxes can you open a day?
Yeah mobs drop the R-boxes, just stockpile the boxes and hope you get a couple coins out of them. Other than that some of the events can give you RED coins.

From mobs. I just do a 1.5 - 2 minute DI run. I get about 25 boxes with a spider. about 1-2 coins every 10 boxes. It's quite a good source of fame though.
Yea mobs around your level I believe but good luck. You only get 1 coin and the rate is fairly low.

i think the quests give you coins lol Otherwise, the hot times, Crew thing gives you 50 if you finish .... Frozen R boxes i guess but the rate is rly low
