Because shield scrolls are impossible to find. The potential is still good considering how many junk lines shields have. I still think shields are the hardest thing to cube.

If I could get a shield like that for 3b, I'd be a very happy mapler.

ra gear not enough attack on them

for all i would expect to sell for around 27-33b
