If you have nothing right now, just get the claw with the 10 attacks. The cost per scroll is approximately a few hundred mil, so which RA is approximately the same but for fewer attack. The trade off is not worth it.
As for now, just get the claw
Appearently its like 3x better to do +10 all stat scrolls, but GL... For every scroll you need a prot + a scrolls + a potential vip slate
in most cases +10 stats better.
I think really depends on all your current gear's stats.
Like how much base stat, att and %'s do you own?
Based off a certain calculation people determine if they need more stat or att.
All xenon's should go for it tho.
