Good enough to make a Bandit?

Hi bandits, chief bandits, and shadowers. I was thinking of remaking my old Bandit, it was fun, but I got bored of it. (This was before Big Bang, so not a band wagoner.) I have 200m or so on my WH, 55m on the Thunder Breaker, some items I am going to sell and might get 10-20k nx. ( I have a 1 year red truck mount, first uw xbow. And other things.) Also, since leveling is so easy, I don't wanna spend a lot of money on it until I know I want to continue. I can get to 50 in two days, so I should know. But other than that, what kind of items should I get with around...250m and 10-20k nx?

Edit: I have an 8 attack work glove, 7 dex raggedy cape, 7 dex golden earring (Level 25), 2 atk 0 slot PAC. I am also bidding on a 13 atk, 8 str black phoenix shield that I can use on a warrior if I don't like my bandit, or i can resell it easily. So i'm not worried about that.
