help on some equips
well right now i dont have a top or bottom/overall and i see a top and bottom set for 150m for the both of them. they r both lvl 70
bottom: 13dex 11str 8speed (8 of the str is from pot) 50m
top:21str 2 dex enhanced 2 times 100m (no good pot.)
are these a good deal?

Ayyy... Hmm... Either ways don't spend on that bottom... You don't need it, do you? I'm not sure about the top but as far as I'm concerned it wouldn't affect a big deal to your damage... I seriously wasn't equips/damage hunger until I was level 100... So you have to enjoy...
Take advantage of the PQ systems... I was told by my friend that Ghost Ship has pretty good exp.
well if u call never being to 3rd job a training problem then i might have one...
I would prefer spending on potential items (with +str) for now. It's not worth keeping low levels (not that 70 is a low level, but don't spend much on equips you'd be changing sooner or later) equips seeing as how you'd be switching level 90's or 100's soon (with BB update, easier levels too; unless training is a big problem for you)... Don't get dex bottoms UNLESS you really need (which I don't think you do, you can grab cheap bottoms with good accuracy potentials).
Then at level 90~100ish you can look for 3% str (simple ones) those cost 10~15mil (if you're buying). Sometimes some people don't know the price and you can get some for a good deal of 5mil only~...
