Permanent items exist, but only when they are newly released. As for having all the items being permanent and having it released like that, it may come back as an event, but don't get your hopes up too high.
awww i hope they bring it back soon or at least an event would be nice
Most likely not, but if so, they're going to a lot more than the first time. Only reason
why they removed it was due to the loss in money since they never expire.
