Soaring Mount Skill Wth?
So when the quest first appeared, I chose to accept it, but I never payed the 50m to Chief Tamato because i didnt have the my perma mount yet .
Today, i bought my perma dragon and now I have the ancient scales in my inventory that cost 50mil. However, I can't find where to complete the quest...
Was it removed or something? Did I just spend 50mil on a quest that I can't complete? I tried talking to Matada at the Crimson Sky Dock but nothing :T
Ive walked to the guy also and he didn't say anything xept if i wanted to buy a tablet PLEASE HELP!
ive googled and ive read forums and crap all over the internet and asked people in MS who have the same dragon and they can fly and they're like well sorry dude idk whats wrong ._. HELP ME PLEASE@@@@@

Good thing I bought mine early. Now I just need enough for the mount.
Nexon accidentally removed the quest when they put in the new Silent Crusade, since the old silent crusade and the mount soaring skill were both in the same patch from JMS.

i can't even find the quest to pay 50m.. burned 500m on the dragon for nothing...

Lol there are two soaring skills. One for drpq and one for mounts. Free = drpq, He's talking about mount soaring which is 50mil.
lol ur talking about the soaring skill for DRPQ i am talking about the Soaring Mount Skill to fly on mounts on any map Xpet PQ or FM
It still works. I did it yesterday on my Mechanic.

I went through the same problem. The scale is just sitting there taking up room.
well i am freaking getting pissed i wasted like 1b on perma mount payed 50m and now i have this dumb etc item and no freaking mount skill
