I've been trying to download maplestory again but unfortuantely I have to do it through the downloader now. It gets stuck at a certain point "installing Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest"
Actually, just go to pando network's website, and download PMB from there. Then, continue with the game download and it should work. Make sure you delete PMB once everything is fully installed and finished.
I'm on the page and I have no clue where to download PMB.. Could you link me to it or something?
I have like 18 GB free of space in the C:// drive.. Isn't that good enough?
Yes, that should be good. Try right-clicking on the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop and click on "Empty the Recycle Bin" and that will delete any trash files you've told Windows to delete recently and free up a little more space, just in case.
Make sure you have LOTS of free disk space when you're installing Maplestory.

The game only takes a little over 3GB AFTER it's been installed, but you need ~10-12GB free space to actually do the installation.
(Plus Windows needs some free space for itself or it gets real cranky.)
