Anyone get owned by nexon with azwan and circulators?
I hoarded my circulators until I got 3 lines from raising honor, never made it to lvl 60. During this update they changed it so you get all 3 abilities by level 70 (char level), so I figured it's a good thing since I'd be able to use my circulators.
Turns out you can't use the circulators if you have 1 ability that was already legendary (former S rank), and you have to use the ones in CS. The ones in CS cost 1.9k NX EACH...so now I'm stuck with this BS line that isn't even that great, and I can't change it without using NX.

Nope you can just use the ones from bosses, it's just legendary abilities that you need the CS circulators for.

Former S rank you mean. Rank A are now unique tier.
Legendary tier only being reseteable with NX Cash was the reason why a lot of people warned here to make sure that you didnt have a S rank at unlimited/unleashed unless you didnt mind spending NX Cash or it or was a line that you planned to keep.

Really? I had an A rank before the patch, but mine is Unique now. I think you meant S.
What is considered an S Ranked line. I am really curious what Legendary Inners look like. I have a Unique Inner with 21 attack so I want to know how much better are legendary.
