It doesn't matter tbh. In the end all your doing is pressing one key (hs or kishin) and you sit while leeching till you eventually get bored from that. The only difference is one is a feudal th0t and the other is a religious th0t.
I'm biased, so I would say Kanna. And for the people that say you only use a few skills, I use more than 3 skills when I go bossing and grinding, but I realize that might be different for everybody. I actually use 12 different skills which is an accumulation of skills from all of the jobs, so I think there's variety in bossing and grinding.. though it just depends on you. ~
