Long story short, I've got a month to get to 200. I mainly need to know where to train from 92 to 100 before i hit evo world. Help?

92-100 MPQ.
100-160 Evo. lab
160-170 Stronghold
170-190 Hall of Honor
190-200 Warrior's Grounds
Rather than where i think its more [i]what[/i] do you need, I would say stacking up as much as possible exp multipliers and get a kanna friend to help the spawn and grind grind away.
