Sushi nasteeeeh
Today I ate salmon roe for the first time (fish egg ). I couldn't even eat it and to not show disrespect to the chef i went into the bathroom and spit in the trashcan. I decided that i'm sticking to Eel. Have you ever eaten that nasty stuff?

I've only had sushi once and it was gross. To be fair I hate almost anything that comes from the sea and it was some pre made crap my friends mom had.
Guess i got to try the real deal if everybody says its that good.

I'm actually the opposite of you. I love roe and hate eel. o.o
I don't have a thing for salmon roe nor do I think it's gross. It's just a lame thing. I'd rather eat egg sushi.
I like the rolls. Those are absolutely the best. Some are cooked, too. Rainbow roll, dragon roll, stuff like that. I always eat tons of those at ayce places (and takoyaki, if they have takoyaki).
The ones with the raw fish slice on top are alright. I only remember trying out the salmon, tuna, yellow tail, and mackerel. I just like the texture of the fish when I chew on it. Apparently a lot of people think it's gross. Oh well.
My mom makes rolls at home usually with avocado and cucumbers and stuff. I prefer takuan in my rolls like the kimbap.

now that i think of it, it is kinda gross. With the fully ripe, and the egg, and the ovaries. but then i remember eating any kind of food is interesting. Ground up organs for hotdogs, bacteria and mold for cheese. real gross stuff.

Makes it more succulent and scrumptious right?
I'm pretty sure you can tell just from looking at it
i used to work at a japanese restaurant and ill tell you its gross cause you ate ikura, next time get tobiko, those are the smaller ones. they are much sweeter and not as salty as the salmon roe.
I like it when they kinda crunch, and its all juicy like fruit, they are eggs basically. ppl got different tastes of course. I hate couliflower, absolutely hate how it feels and smells but my cousin thinks its grand. i like Eel too, its real flaky/ meaty like steaks <3
Roe Roe fight da powah!
I think salmon roe is great! I usually order 1-2 pieces along with my Eel Entree.
