I saw this being sold. I'm pretty horrible at offering, so I'm wondering about the approx. price this would go for? (a large amount I'm guessing)

Meh I'd say 5b considering the pot rank and the number of stars.
You can perfect one with less than 2b if you put time and effort in getting the 50% scrolls from the unleashed shop, plus a clean staff itself only costs 200-300m for above average (that one was scrolled average, 271-(3*6)-6*5=223-45=178). The only reason I'd say it could break 5b is the stars, if it was 5 stars and below I would've said 3.5-4b.
This is based on my estimate of prices in scania. Could be more if your world is less populated.
