Help me remember?

I've had this "quiz" thing from The Princess Diaries stuck in my head for a while now, and I can't remember how it goes. I wondered if someone else would remember.

So if I remember clearly, it was Lily who told Mia to do the quiz. There's this one page in the book where Mia writes out the directions to doing that quiz.
All I remember is that it's numbered from 1 to 10, and all you do is write down answers according to what you're asked.
