Trust me, I merch with polearms all the time.
102 ATK 3 lines= 70mil
110 ATK 3 lines= 200-250mil
114 ATK 3 lines 300-350mil

It's more than 200 mil. A 110 att karstan 3 lined can sell for about 200 mil in game. I would say somewhere around the lines of 700 mil-1 bil. Due to the lines and the fact that it is unhammered.
