Confused about Gms translation for Song of Heaven

In the other versions, you were supposed to get +10% damage if you were only attacking one enemy. The GMS version says, "Damage increases by 10% for every one less targets." Isn't that a 30% boost if you are only attacking one enemy? I notice a boost, but I don't think it's 30% and if this is a total damage boost this is even harder for me to tell. Anyone else notice this?
I did a sample of 50 different numbers total and got a 16.87% increase on one mob. I'll test more later when I'm less tired, but it probably will normalize to 10%. The skill description is very misleading if so.
hmm...interesting. We shall see. I find it wierd that the extract is like a variable modifer for the 10% though. IDK....the skill table still throws me off, but this isn't the first time both the extract and table didn't do what it portrays

*Shrug* You or someone is going to have to test. KMS extraction has the exact same readout as the GMS extraction which means it always existed or it didn't. The normal skill table for those same KMS extractions reads as if its 10% for single target though.

It only gives the different animation when attacking a single enemy, but the skill itself implies a boost for every one less enemy, not just a single target. GMS randomly changed multiple things for WA so who knows.

I thought the 10% boost had a specific animation, like a larger green hit animation on the mob. No?

If so, that will probaly give you your answer.
