Does character card stack?
I was wondering if character cards stack, Like if i were to have 3 lvl 120 kaisers and kaisers give 50 Str so will it stack up to 150 str?

At the most you can have Kaiser's card effect two times, one in each deck. It doesn't let you have multiple of the same class in the same card deck. You could always just aim for the warrior bonus that turns 4/6/8/10% hp into damage.
First, they give 40. Second, no. No 2 of the same job stack, nor do 2 sets of the same class(6 pirates is still only 6 PDR) Cards with the same effect do stack, like mihile /hero, sair/jett, or tb/bucc (but TB being limited to A sucks too much to use.)
Decks you want to have:
Kaiser/DS/DA (can swap out kaiser for drk if buffing a DA)
Mech/AB/Bucc (swap bucc for xenon)
Lumi/BaM/Evan
