When people get mad at these things they aren't crying or punching a hole in the wall. It's just a "D'oh!" moment, people get those all the time even in real life. Plus people over-exaggerate a lot on the internet o.O

Please don't argue with me until you prove to me you have 4.0s in CSE college classes like me. I know the ins and outs of programming and no experienced programmer just accidentally puts a certain item to drop instead of another, especially in that amount of mass. Especially because there were no 100% for certain weapons and there are 10% versions of those weapon scrolls. I think knucklers were one of them? Either way, it wasn't an accident; it was intentional. Hime stated this, so it is 100% confirmed.

Nexon did let them drop twice. During the last event they took out the cards but extended the event. After that SC you could get GM scrolls again but could no longer buy tickets.

I recall after the coupons stopped being sold in CS, people who had remaining ones were able to get GM scrolls. Nexon put em in at the last miniute according to some of my guildies that had leftover coupons. Kinda a big middle finger from Nexon but whatcha gonna do. Because of this, I'm inclined to believe we still have access to them.
