Safety charm has to do with losing exp when you die, not scrolling, you are thinking of something different

pretty sure the 700 nx is one time use and the 4k nx one is infinite use until the time limit is done
the 1 week one is unlimited use for 1 week, where the 90 day one disappears after 1 use
it doesn't disappear when you die like the 90 day one
