Recommend me some tv shows?
Please, please recommend me some shows that have ended. I'll probably end up binge watching and it bothers me to no end when I have to wait for the next episode.
Shows I've watched in the past and loved:
-Bones
-Fringe
-Grey's Anatomy
-How I Met Your Mother
-Gossip Girl
-Terra nova, Nine Lives of ChIoe King (these were cancelled :C) (why is ChIoe a banned word?)
Keep in mind that I'm a teenage girl, but I'm open to anything. I'm trying to start House right now, but after finishing Grey's I'm not super into starting a new hospital show. I might start Suits, Veronica Mars, or One Tree Hill, but I don't know if I'll like them.
((I've also watched Vampire Diaries, 90210, Once Upon a Time, Breaking Bad, AHS, Supernatural, and Bob's Burgers. Got bored of all of them and never finished.))
Thank you soso much in advance!
Better yet, tell me your favorite show!

The Walking Dead
every South Park episode (I did that in about 3 weeks at the beginning of the summer) and the movie
The Office
Parks and Recreation
Ahhh sorry I couldn't reply, I got banned for a day
I actually started watching Heroes (found it when searching "shows like fringe and bones"
Suits I might start after I finish Heroes, I just wasn't entirely in the mood for just lawyer drama yet.
I started House and got bored. I might need to try watching it further into the future after I get over Grey's.
I downloaded the first season of One Tree Hill and the first episode was just so... old looking I guess and I wasn't in the mood to watch it :c
I watched Psych in the past. Finished one episode and I liked it? But I just never liked it enough to keep watching.
The Walking Dead looks too scary :c, but I might think about watching dexter
I was recommended Criminal Minds, but isn't that just like Law and Order? I enjoy crime shows, but not just like plain crimes. Or idk. I like bones, even though they're just murders. Maybe it's the characters?
I watched Nikita when it first came out! I was super upset that I'd have to wait a week for the next episode and ended up giving up. I might watch it again
House of Cards seems super interesting, but didn't it just start? I'd rather binge watch something that's ended
Game of Thrones I've actually really wanted to start watching since my friends do, so after Heroes I might start watching that!
Firefly looks really interesting. Hmmmm
I like comedy, like south park and kenan and kel, but it's more for when I'm really bored I'll watch an episode or two.
Thank you sososo much for all the recommendations/telling me what your favorite shows are! I appreciate it a lot.
Game of Thones is really good, although some parts are quite explicit. I get the feeling it's not for you, but I do recommend it.
I'd also recommend Breaking Bad, Dexter, but not The Walking Dead.
One Tree Hill seasons 1-4 are really good. From season 5 onwards, it gets a little too soapy and stops being about a group of friends at school, so it loses a ton of its original appeal. The last episode of season 4 has a fantastic conclusion though, so you can pretend it ends there and move on.
The Mindy Project is literally the best show.
Already been said but: Breaking Bad and Criminal Minds
also to answer your question about why that name is banned it was probably thanks to a basiler that would spam about an actress whose first name is that and whose initials are cgm. it was probably done to deter him.
Can't believe only TWO people said Suits.
SUITS. Get litt up.
Dexter
Breaking Bad
Prison Break
My 3 favorite shows
Chuck
The Walking Dead
White Collar
BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER --> oldie but goodie
Grimm --> Watch after Buffy
Revenge
Alias
Ghost Whisperer
Covert Affairs
Ugly Betty
I'm surprised no one recommended Psych yet. It's about a man named Shawn Spence who has "Psychic powers" and assists the Santa Barbara Police Department in solving crimes. It's really funny and is a nice break from all the "serious" crime shows, but it has it's moments. Psych ended already with eight seasons in total so you should be occupied for a long time.
I watch suits and i love it, would definitely recommend. House is also really good as well.
I watched one tree hill when it was airing and i was still in high school, and at the time i enjoyed it.
@katrie The Walking Dead - if you don't mind the gore associated with zombies, there's quite a bit that goes in with the characters themselves. They have problems with people more than the zombies.
The Big Bang Theory - Hilarious if you haven't already seen it. Sheldon is the best character there IMO.
Brooklyn Nine Nine - Wasn't sure I'd like it when it first aired, but it is actually pretty funny.
Two and a Half Men - Also funny, and it's Charlie Sheen who people were all over for a while. The most recent season starred Ashton Kutcher though and that wasn't as well received lol.
And if you don't mind animated shows, The Avatar: Legend of Korra was great in season 3. Season 4 (final season if it's like the first avatar) should air sometime in early-mid 2015.
Game of Thrones
I've enjoyed Suits so far.
It's hour long TV slots so you can get a lot of binge watching out of it.
I used to loatheee Game of thrones thinking it was over hyped, but as soon as I got into it, I couldn't stop watching, so gud! (especially if you get up to date with everyone else, but I guess that's like with every show, but Game of thrones especially!)
That and Suits are my top tv shows and I'm pretty picky when it comes to devoting myself to watching a tv show.
Also, House of Cards is pretty badass, I likes it
Too bad all these shows aren't airing at the moment, leaving me with nothin to watch
Oh well, more time to catch up with people!
Anyways, enjoy whichever show you decide to watch (I think you will like Suits!)
Criminal minds, South Park, Parks and Recreation
Firefly, Game of thrones, Death note, and Breaking Bad.
go!
you got bored of supernatural, the vampire dairies and breaking bad
how the hell
Go watch nikita, right now.
It's only 14 episodes and 1 movie long, but Firefly. Got hooked from the first episode and finished it and the film in 3 days.
you can never go wrong with kenan and kel.
they keep you laughing in the afternoon.
I almost forgot to mention Psych. It's a police detective show that's more casual, but still has just enough drama to keep you interested. It doesn't take itself too seriously either, so be prepared for that. By far one of my favorite shows to watch when I'm looking for a laugh or two.
Lost Girl

Game of Thrones
Louie
Malcolm in the Middle
Wilfred
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
The League
Breaking Bad
Breaking Bad
Breaking Bad
Probably the best show ever along with Sopranos.
Others would be Suits (funny and entertaining at the same time), House (everyone loves the character House and his wittiness), and Nip/Tuck.
Nip/Tuck is probably one of the most underrated shows I've watched. It's about two long time friends who work as private plastic surgeons. This is seriously one of the most thrilling shows I've ever watched with a Breaking Bad. It has many many plot twists and surprising moments it'll never get boring.
All in all, I think you should watch Breaking Bad then Nip/tuck.
@katrie: Dexter is also pretty graphic in nature (He's a serial killer, who doubles as a blood splatter analyst), so just a head's up.
Seriously, watch House. It doesn't matter if you've already watched a hospital drama, trust me when I tell you House is on a whole different level. Almost all the episodes follow the same format but for some reason it never gets old with all the witty banter and flecks of intense drama throughout.
Pushing Daisies, one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen.
Spongebob is pretty goodies
@OnlineMusic What's Dexter about? My friend watches it, but I've never really known what it is about
@6ppl3m6g3 Ah I watched to season 2 of that and haven't really liked it that much
Its this super awesome show about a blood splatter analyst who lives a second life killing the bad people in Florida. It's must watch TV. Go watch it...now.
@OnlineMusic What's Dexter about? My friend watches it, but I've never really known what it is about
@6ppl3m6g3 Ah I watched to season 2 of that and haven't really liked it that much
Pretty Little Liars
Dexter season 1-4
Freaks and Geeks is also a good watch, sadly its only 1 season
Just started watching Parks and Recreation today, my friend tells me its good, its okay so far.
Community, its really hyped but the little I've seen of it I liked.
