Kaiser can attack through DR, of course we all know this. but, will it still kill the party?

I don't think it would. DR procs on hit - if the hit is bypassed and the damage reduction is nullified, then others shouldn't be getting targeted by it.
@above; Empress DR is different, it reflects to a random player each attack.
Does it not just reflect directly to the attacker?
