Akame Ga Kill Episode 21 Discussion Spoilers
*SPOILER ALERT* DO NOT COME TO HIS THREAD IF YOU ARE FOLLOWING THE ANIME AND YOU HAVE NOT SEEN EPISODE 21 AND DID NOT CRY LIKE I DID.
Okay seriously, why. Why is the anime going so off track now. Why did they have to kill Lubbock like that? Why is Mine dead? What is the purpose of taking lives like so in the anime when it's different in the manga? WHY?
I can't be the only one that's mad that Mine is dead in the anime. She didn't even take any fatal hits... She couldn't have emotionally depleted her life source or something like that. What do you guys think is going on in the anime compared to the manga, do you think they're going to bring characters back somehow even though they said it's impossible? They can't do this man. Discuss
TLDR; Mine is dead, I'm sad and confused. Anime and manga is different, why God why.

Except that until about 3 episodes ago it wasn't rushing, it was on a steady pace with the manga.
I don't know if they're stupid or just really stupid ... on killing off Budou. He is supposedly strong as Esdeath and there's no way Mine would have even matched him.
Am I the only one who wanted Chelsea x Tatsumi?

Yeah, I'm kind of at a loss for words with what's happening with the anime. What a total butcher job of a damn near perfect adaptation up til two episodes ago. I assumed Mine would die at some point, but she's still alive and kicking in the manga... so it's kind of weird.
Maybe the anime is going for a School Days type end? The final battle goes down, Tatsumi snaps and kills everyone, including Esdeath. Becomes the worst tyrant in the history of ever. I'd laugh so hard if that happened. Orrr he and Esdeath rule together with an iron fist. Nothing else is acceptable at this point.
Good thing Mine died now I don't have to hear PINCHI all the damn time. I doubt she's going to die in the manga though.
I assume Mine was planned to be killed off in the manga anyway, so WF just jumped the gun a bit. Still a bit hasty as the past three or so episodes have shown.

@22mchan ikr @leopard16 It was forced, And you're so right how is it that Najenda isn't dead when she gave so much life energy to Susanoo. Mine didn't have to die. I feel that they're killing so many characters so quickly to try to fit it into 24 episodes and still try to make it remotely similar to the manga. They're playing with my feels man. >.<
Im pretty mad Mine died. White Fox is trash, wth is this? Last episode Lubbac died. This episode Susanoo, Mine and Budou died, also 0.5 Najenda. How did Mine die but not Najenda? Mine's death was pretty forced. I find it funny how WF is trying to be faithful to the manga. Just stop. Everyone's going to die.
