Tinkerers Event
Hey guys I want to know how I can do the tinkerer's event quest. I read the patch notes and it says killing 200 monsters near your level. Is there a quest you have to accept before doing so. And do I have to get the chest from the Marvel Machine? Thanks

You need the chest from Marvel Machine before you can start the quest. But all your other information is correct
