Best Gachapon -- 30 Tickets
Back in the day Shrine was generally considered the best and safest for gaching. Does the same still apply or should I take my tickets elsewhere? I have enough NX for 30 tickets.

nlc if your daring[for the ele staffs , now that gm scrolls are untradeable people will want high BASE matk items]
henesys for slightly more common rarer items like masks/pacs/bwg
I went on my mule for the free 3k . . . 6 coupons got all lvl 30 Stuff at hene Eff3, but like oh well it was free and i couldn't gift it ^_^
