Bullet Time
Forget what you know about this skill, basically:
Jump: +10 at max level.
Accuracy: +220 at max level.
Speed: +20 at max level.

Dash
Max Level: 5 -> 10.
Required MP Decreased (5 at max level -> 0 at max level).
Speed Bonus Increased (40 at max level -> 50 at max level).

[NULL]
Damage Increased by 80% (380% at max level -> 460% at max level).

Brawler
Corkscrew Blow
Required MP Decreased (30 at max level -> 20 at max level).

Mental Clearity
ATT Bonus Increased (25 at max level -> 30 at max level).

Tornado Upper
Required MP Decreased (28 at max level -> 24 at max level).

Marauder
Stun Mastery
Critical Attack Change Increased (40% at max level -> 60% at max level).

Energy Charge
Duration Decreased (60 seconds at max level -> 30 seconds at max level).
Required Attacks Decreased by 7,800 (8,100 at max level -> 300 at max level).
ATT Bonus Increased (20 at max level -> 30 at max level).
New Features! Add 300 Weapon/Magic DEF at max level and 30 speed at max level.

Double Spiral
Required MP Decreased (40 at max level -> 34 at max level).
Damage Increased (630% for 1 hit at max level -> 325% per hit at max level).
Attacks twice instead of once now.

Yellow Defensive
Required MP Decreased (100 at max level -> 30 at max level).

Critical Rage
Max Level: 15 -> 20.
Boss Critical Rate: 15% at max level -> 20% at max level.
New Feature! Increases your critical rate by 15% at max level.

Shockwave
Required MP Decreased (31 at max level -> 28 at max level).

Buccaneer
Dragon Strike
Required MP Increased (35 at max level -> 43 at max level).

Barrage
Required MP Decreased (38 at max level -> 32 at max level).

Viper Support
Just forget about the old one, new stats:
MP Cost is the same (45 at max level).
Adds 15% ATT at max level.
Adds 70% mastery at max level permanently.
Abnormal Status Resistance: 30% at max level (I think it might also be Elemental Resistance).
No DEF/Avoidability.

Energy Blast
Energy Recovering Probability Increased (30% at max level -> 100% at all levels).
Amount of Energy Recovered Increased by 10 (90 at max level -> 100 at max level).

look at the kmst 1.2.411 notes(with phantom) EC turns back to 60sec so this revamp might not be that bad as we thought

It gives 50 damage poison to you for 5 minutes, allowing pirate's revenge to but up constantly for 5 minutes. Get them from the quest and put them in your storage to stack them.

I still think they should buff the laser if they want to keep dragon strike as strong as it is, but other than that i'm not so mad about this anymore. It sucks we can't abuse iframes or auto-KB, but we're pretty powerful now, and best of all russellon's potions is still an option to be even stronger.

so far i'm loving the rushing i mean looks pretty bad ass other then that laser speed got reduced which pissed me off might aswell keep demolition, I think they should tweak the animation of energy charge is just looks so awful. Dragon Strike is probably is still our main attack for mobbing the laser might have to get buffed just for me to use it.

10,000 Energy is required to activate charge. If it goes down in 30 seconds then I guess it's -333 energy per second.

If Blast recovers per monster hit then it should be safe to say that you can stay infinitely charged while training, otherwise if it's only 100 Energy per usage then that's pretty lame because it won't be much longer than 30 seconds.

Both these sources have it as Dmg not Att

It doesn't say that it's passive. Only that at max level, it takes no MP to activate as some people who can't handle their character complains "[i]when it comes on [b]on it's own[/b] it uses up MP and stuffs up your combos[/i]" lol.

This is quite an interesting turn of events.
Bullet Time: 20 speed
Dash: 50 speed
Energy Charge: 30 speed
Total of 200% Speed? I guess this is better than having a Flash Jump type skill since you can't use potions during these skills.

Anyway, although they reduced EC's duration to 30 seconds, with the 100% chance to recover 100 energy with each usage/hit with Energy Blast, it'll be much longer than 30 seconds if not infinitely charged as long as you attack with Energy Blast.

The actual effect of the skills seems quite alright.

it looks like they removed fist of enrage and gave us back barrage?(unless they just put barrage as fist of enrage i'm not sure atm)

ON the video it clearly shows we now have mobility.
