Currently I am in the middle of a trade. I am trading a 39/42/39/39 0atk 18%dex chtp for a 39/25/26/26 3atk 15%luk 2%luk neb chtp.
Is this a fair trade? If not, what should be added?

Dex should be worth more right now and the stats are much better. I'd keep the Dex one.
