Help is needed
Let's say i was scammed on maplestory for virtual items right? The person was going to pay me through paypal but the person runs off with items and doesn't pay. Am i allowed to put this into legal act or can anything happen about it?

I honestly am not sure 100%, but i'm putitng my doubts on it. Besides, people scam all over ebay and I never hear any reports or action taken.
