Chair is worth more considering it's rarity. Angelic Rings are slowly/madly deflating due to hackers farming them.
That seems like a good deal. Angelic ring recipes will decrease soon, but you could sell the seal chair for good money. :]

If u want it for looks go for it
Sell it, or keep the recipe. Chairs are worthless and waste.
