With a mihile you only need to get to lvl 100 to make an ua.
The black KoC is easier to get to 12 inch.
OT: Dawn Warrior/Thunder Breaker/Blaze Wizard or Mihile also works.

Yea. Though I'd go with a thunder breaker. It requires like nothing and still dishes out pretty good damage.

Dawn Warrior is what i chose. Took 1 day with 2x.
I'd say either Dawn Warrior or Thunder Breaker. But if you count it Mihile is the fastest.
I remember awhile back it was Blaze Wizards, but that's because of the Flame Gears and training on monsters 100 levels above you or w/e.
