i had a similar problem with this, where you dc to desktop from double clicking the air I became paranoid and just put 'Y' as my NPC button and just use that now..

Oh my goodness, same here! And I thought I was the only one who always gets this...

I get it too and it's pretty on and off. Sometimes crashes w/ no error and other times w/ error code 5 (end of file)
