Alright, thanks everyone! With the info here we should be able to become awesome. New Evo rings, upgrading Earrings and Cape for a fairly good boost, get myself a new pair of gloves, then shoes and overall. End with a Bow, self-scrolled Reverse if I can't find a better deal.

First off: pink scrolls go for a little over 150m atm, including your 700m, thats around 7b, or 6.6-6.7 after tax.
Assuming 3.5b for each one of you.

My gear (152 Marksman)
• Dex Scar Helm (Clean/Avg) pot it, hope for 3% DEX, or sell it, and buy a 3% DEX one. Cost: 7m-130m
• 3 Attack 6 Dex PAC Sell it, and buy a 9-12% DEX cape Cost: 900m
• 10 Attack Work Gloves--> Sell them, and get 12-14 attack ( twice hammered) mittens Cost: ~ 40m
• 23 Dex 9 Str Overall --> Sell it, and aim for a 9% DEX overall Cost: around 1b
• Clean shoes--> Get 6% DEX shoes for around 300m Cost: 299.98m
• 9 Dex Earrings--> Sell these for 20-90m, depending on the level of the earrings, buy 6-9%DEX earrings. Cost: Around 300-500m
• 117 Attack Dark Neschere--> rest of the money for a new xbow
- Amoria love chair. Cost: 75-100m

My wife's gear (155 Bowmaster)
• Ravana Helm (18 all)--> Sell it, get a 3% DEX scar helmet. Cost: Around 60m
• 4 Attack 7 Dex PAC Sell it, get a 9-12% DEX cape. Cost: 700m ( because 4/7PAC>3/6 PAC)
• 14 Attack BWG (Hammered)
• 26 Dex 11 Str Reverse Overall Sell it, get 9% DEX overall Cost: 1.1-1.2b
• 10 Dex, 45 HP Earrings (Clean, 3 Line Rare Potential) Sell it, get 6-9% DEX earrings, Cost: around 250-450m
• 11 Dex 9 Str Reverse Shoes (3 Slots) Get 6-9% DEX shoes. Cost: 300-700m
• 121 Attack Reverse Bow--> Rest for a new bow.
-Amorian Love chair Cost: 75-100m

Stuff we both have (201 Nightlord)
• 5 Attack Purple Witch Belt
• Mark of Naricain
• Adventurer Critical Ring
• Level 17 Evolving Ring (My wife and I share this and the level 16 one. I don't care about upgrading it )

I would suggest getting your own evo rings though

You have enough to get atleast 6% on every equip for both you and your wife. Although I suggest getting better weapons first.

Definately sell the pac, as you can get a 6% dex cape for about 200~250m depending on no. of lines.
Get 3% dex shoes~15m, cuz 6% dex vss is about 400m+, and 6% archer shoes are hard to find.
Buy a nice reverse xbow or vip with about 2b

A) Prevent hackers
B) Prevent ludicrous spending

But for the most part, we share our cash quite evenly. I know a bit more about the economy so I generally make bigger purchases though

Owl for it (I believe it shows item stats), smega, or run through FM yourself. 6% 3L gear is well into over 400m over here in Scania IIRC. 3% gear should be under 50m, but 3L gear is somewhat higher than 2L gear (not too big of a diff anymore since premium cubes). So I think you should stick to 2L gear, since you don't want to cube it yourself. Always, always, get a decent weapon first.

The level 17 evo ring is 110m tops, 75m the cheapest :O

I'd say get an endgame weapon since you don't want to cube nor scroll.

Edit: You probably able to buy a 14x att crossbow for yourself with 2b ~ 3b, I am not sure about bow though.

Edit: In any case, your best investment would be to buy ~6% dex equipment on everything. You'll end up with maybe 40% dex total at the cost of no more than 2bil.

Edit: Nevermind, I you posted the comment about not cubing right before I posted this. hmm. In that case, You could attempt hunting for items or farming maple weapons? Shadower equipment and skillbooks go for a lot (BStep 20 at ~130mil in scania, Assassinate 20 at around 150, I believe....AH. Just buy an epic 3L HTP and cube. Best investment).

Shooting for gear-that-doesn't-suck.

Really, I want the all-around best upgrades for each of us. Not all our money on one thing, but frugal and non-idiotic choices that'll give us a well balanced set of pretty-good-gear. Start from scratch? I'm perfectly willing to sell all our equips if that's what you mean.

In Scania, they cost about 75m ea. I'm sure you could easily win an auction for one on basil.

Upgrade your weapons to 130+ ATT, then spend the rest on 6% items would be the best way IMO

Pink scrolls are roughly 140-150M in Windia now, I'd suggest you browse through market and see how much everyone else is selling for. Hell, if you're the only one with pinks then you could do like 160M each for them..

6% DEX items are roughly 350-400M each(In Windia), maybe a bit cheaper if 2L's.
If I was to upgrade you with 6B, I'd take the risk and use 2B of it on scrolling reverses. A couple of 60%s, enhances and levelling can easily get these to 130+ ATT. Then with the remaining 4B would get you roughly 10 6% DEX equips, splitting 5 each to your wife and yourself would get you 30% in DEX.

The best option IMO is to get the cape and earrings first, they are most abundant. Next I'd try to find/cube yourself 6% DEX gloves, then shoes. Lastly, try the overall.
Sell off the PAC and WGs you both have for extra mesos, and use that on scrolling the gloves for ATT.

If you aren't willing to cube/scroll, then it might take a while to find sellers of some of these equips. The earrings/cape should be easy to find, gloves, shoes and overall might take a while. Weapons I'd definitely recommend scrolling yourself. PoT are cheap ATM, and hardly anyone sells 130+ATT Xbow/Bows
