My brother has one on his old archer from way back when. I'm fairly sure he did get it from an iTCG promotion as another poster already mentioned. The effect always looked rather silly to me, but to each his own.

It's a cs effect that's permanent, and it was around almost as long ago as third jobs were introduced.

Still got it on my Dark Knight in Windia, yup. It was from the iTCG promotion several years ago iirc. It's an effect that sits in your Cash/NX tab.
Its.... a chair? what.... I always thought it was one of those effect things that you used that was gained from an event LONG ago.
It's actually an effect that you can turn on and off.
